Don’t wait to Downsize
Most people wait until they move before downsizing – or until they retire and move into a smaller place or worse, they leave it for a relative to deal with when they die. Not okay.
The Postman Cometh
I cannot get a handle on my mail. It seems like it would be easy, but it just piles up and I get overwhelmed and then it gets worse. What do you suggest? -Lauri M.
The Completely Messy House
My house is a complete mess. I simply do not know where to begin. I can’t even look at some of it anymore. It’s easier to just close the door. I don’t know what to do first. Can you give me some ideas? – Judy B.

When to Replace It
I don’t know about you, but sometimes my clients (and myself actually) get stuck between keeping something a little longer or knowing that it’s past its prime, shall we say.
The Joys of Cooking
Learning our way around a kitchen is a necessary skill for basic survival, really. While no one needs to become a gourmet cook, learning basic cooking skills and proper nutrition is a valid use of one’s time. This can begin at an early age. When my children were about 3
