Do you feel overwhelmed, struggle to stay on task, are disorganized and find distraction a serious issue?

How would you like these difficulties to become a thing of the past?

There is no reason for you to struggle to maintain focus on critical tasks or see projects through to completion without anyone to hold you accountable. Many adults with ADHD come to me unable to create the kind of structure necessary to stay on-their-game consistently. You can gain the skills necessary to achieve accountability, productivity, and thrive in your working environment with ADHD Coaching.

How did I get into ADHD Coaching?

I get asked this so often, I will share the answer here: In the course of one year’s time, all my business clients disclosed that they were struggling with ADHD. This explained why I was creating more unique systems for each client. It was then that I realized that adults with ADHD were a very misunderstood and underserved population. I re-directed my focus to helping those who were neurodiverse become organized despite the inherent challenges they dealt with. And I love the ways in which my client’s self-esteem, confidence, and skills have been enhanced with ADHD coaching.

With ADHD and the accompanying overwhelm, mind clutter, poor time management, decision-making challenges, follow-through issues, and a host of other difficulties, this can make one’s personal and professional life somewhat miserable. My clients have shared with me that it feels like “life is coming at them” or “there is so much going on in their mind” that they forget what they are supposed to be doing at any given time. If you struggle managing your life (with or without an ADHD diagnosis) – we need to talk.

ADHD Coaching can help you navigate both the rough waters and come up with ways to circumvent problems before they erupt. My clients, some of whom recently learned that they have ADHD later in life, derive amazing benefits by learning how to have a beautiful life despite the differences in their brain chemistry. By working with me, you will have someone who understands you and has been working in this space for so long – nothing surprises me. I. Get. You.

Learn how to communicate to reduce friction and misunderstandings. Reduce frustration by being more punctual to events and meetings, by responding to others in a timely manner, and delivering on time at work. Learn to become better aware of time passing, gain mastery around task management, and discover the tactics that can help you to become more reliable, responsible, and productive. This can be achieved during the ADHD Coaching experience.
