ABOUT JULI

Productivity Coach Juli Shulem, M.S., PCC, CPC

Credentials

I’ve been organizing the lives of clients for several decades now, and I’ve noticed something: People are still unable to really be as productive and motivated as they wish. The main reason people don’t get things done is because they never learned the skills to do so in the first place. These things are not taught in school. If you went to school to become a dentist or a CPA, or any other profession – you are probably really good at THAT. But what about all those other skills, such as task management, leading and inspiring others, communicating, and selling your ideas?

People come to me expressing their frustration, sense of overwhelm, procrastination, lack of self-care, communication challenges, to name a few…and you know what? I can help with that. There are actual techniques to overcome these challenges and many others. Are you bad at setting boundaries? We can find out what those are for you and then help you express them appropriately to others. Do you lack the proper systems or techniques to make what you do all day long easier and better? This is one of my favorite areas to coach around.

My unique background of business experiences (I have owned and operated seven businesses to date) makes me different. Despite my being a Productivity Coach, I sometimes call upon my previous career as a Business Consultant, plus my degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, in order to teach the skills that will help you level up. Having worked with department heads and business owners in an extremely wide variety of companies – I have been able to get individuals out of the rut they find themselves in and get back on the track of successful life management again (or for the first time for some!). I love that I get to help wonderful people become amazing leaders and business owners.

Through one-on-one coaching, group coaching, workshops, seminars, and speaking engagements, I move people out of the messy place they are in so they can get out of their own way. Mindsets are reframed and life’s desires attained. If you find your skills (or those of people you work with) need fine-tuning, or you are going through a transition…coaching can help make your situation easier and far more manageable. You owe it to yourself to see what coaching can do for your life.
